Here is March! Boy it seems like March is the month when people buckle down the training for upcoming races this summer. So lets keep it going in the pool! The workouts are GREAT lately, pushing the intervals and yards!! Keep up the good work and thank you for keeping the MOB going. The best way to help keep the MOB going is by word of mouth! Keep up the hard work and don't be afraid to enter in a swim meet or triathlon this summer. We have State Games here in Billings that have both swimming and a sprint distance triathlon. You can always form a relay team with other people if you do not like to run or bike. It is a lot of fun!
I am posting Wed/Fri workouts so you can see them in advance...ONLY if you want too! Of course if it is going to keep you from coming...DON'T LOOK! And remember....nothing is ever set in stone and YOU can adjust YOUR interval to what YOU are comfortable with!
